David (DJ) Amundson, Owner

DJ is the eldest son of founder Doug Amundson and was born and raised in the White Bear/Hugo area. After graduating White Bear Lake High School in 2006, DJ joined the US Navy with the goal of becoming a Navy SEAL. Following more than a year of training in Coronado, CA, DJ graduated from Seal Qualification Training (SQT) in 2008. He spent the next 11 years stationed in Virginia Beach, VA, serving with SEAL Team 8 and Naval Special Warfare Training Detachment (TRADET). After medically retiring from the Navy in 2019, DJ has continued supporting the military and law enforcement communities as a civilian contractor, providing specialized training during the off-season.

In 2021, DJ and his family returned to Minnesota, where he joined the family business. Today, he serves as the company's majority owner, leading its continued growth while building on the reputation and values established by his father.

Doug Amundson, Owner

Doug was born and raised in the White Bear/Hugo area all his life. He graduated from White Bear Lake High School in 1983 and continued his education at Augsburg University, studying communication and business. Doug began his career building post and beam construction homes and later transitioned to becoming a home inspector for 10 years. In 2007, Doug started Precise Exteriors, LLC with the purpose of always prioritizing the homeowner and their satisfaction. Doug has been married to his wife, Lori, for over 30 years and they share three children and 5 grandchildren.

Brent Coulon, Operations Manager

Brent joins the Precise Exteriors team with 20 years of experience in residential exterior remodeling specializing in the Twin Cities metro and Wisconsin markets. Currently overseeing Operations at Precise Exteriors, LLC, Brent’s primary goal is to expand the company’s influence throughout northern Minnesota and Wisconsin. Passionate about both personal and professional growth, Brent continuously seeks opportunities to improve and develop within the field. Outside of work, Brent enjoys spending quality time with family in nature: hunting, fishing, making maple syrup and farming – activities that reflect a deep connection to the outdoors and a strong commitment to family values.

Jarad Brunfelt, Field Production Manager

Jarad has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. His projects have included everything from tiny houses at the State Fair to multi-million-dollar custom homes on Lake Minnetonka. He takes pride in seeing a project through to completion - from a designer's dream to a homeowner's reality.

Angie Skroch, Customer Care

With 12 years of experience in the building product industry, including six years in inside sales and customer service at ABC Supply Co. Inc., Angie brings a strong passion for customer satisfaction and industry expertise. Outside of work, Angie enjoys cooking, baking, and cherishing quality time with her family. Angie is happily married and a proud parent to two adult children.

Laura Amundson, Billing

Laura is a California native, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Diego State University in 2009. Laura spent 10 years working in government contracting and sales while she lived in Virginia Beach, VA. After moving to Minnesota in 2021, Laura joined the family business to help manage the billing and administrative duties.
