In the last wind storm we lost a few shingles. I am was impressed with his ethics, he did not try to sell me a new roof, he saw that it was only a few years old and in great shape except for the few that came loose. It was 2 Hours or so of work, I was treated as if I had done the whole roof. His crew was professional, left the extra shingles from the bundle and made Sure that none of the others were loose. Doug has installed roofing and siding for me. Each time, I have found him to be helpful and ready help solve the problem that I have. For example, with my roof, I needed more than just shingles, I also needed some novel venting. When discussing this with Doug, he was willing to dig deeper and do the research and come back to me with options. With my siding job, he could’ve said “you need all new siding”, instead, he said that I could save some money and just get the damaged siding repaired.
